Council MembeFallup introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-67 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br />PROPOSED 2010 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2009 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2010 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a <br />regularly scheduled City Council meeting to receive public input on <br />the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its <br />meeting for this purpose. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1.
