Council MembeFallup introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-67 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br />PROPOSED 2010 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2009 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2010 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a <br />regularly scheduled City Council meeting to receive public input on <br />the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its <br />meeting for this purpose. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 14, 2009, at <br />6:30 p.m. during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final <br />adoption of the 2009 -2010 tax levy and 2010 general operating budget <br />anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Julia ne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />rgeson, Mayo <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of September 2009. <br />The motion for thg adoti n of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Don e upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Gallup, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Pages 27A — 27B <br />
