• <br />• <br />• <br />O'Donnell <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -74 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 18 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the <br />City awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to <br />Lunda Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, final erosion control inspections found erosion failures adjacent to County <br />Ditch 10 -22 -32 along the south end of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project engineer has determined that repairs are necessary to correct <br />the erosion problem, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
