• <br />Council MemberReiner introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -98 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 09 -09 <br />FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 09 -09, establishing the <br />2010 Fee Schedule, for first reading on November 9, 2009 and second reading <br />and final passage on November 23, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 09 -09 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 allows the <br />city to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearly informs <br />the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />• WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a <br />full printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the <br />summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City <br />Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of November 2009. <br />ATT <br />rtell, Cit Cler <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council MembeP Donneland upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Gallup, Roeser, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />• none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
