All public and private agencies must be prepared <br />to deal with possible impacts and to continue core service operations. <br />The City has prepared the attached plan which identifies our essential services and <br />personnel, identifies a chain of command and how to provide services with limited <br />personnel. The plan also includes how to conduct an election and hold public meetings <br />in the midst of a pandemic. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the Emergency Preparedness Plan <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution 2009 — 106 <br />Emergency Preparedness Plan <br />
