• <br />• <br />Council Member 0 Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-113 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2010 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2010: <br />2010 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,680,232 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 570,323 <br />Licenses and Permits 396,250 <br />Charges for Services 338,950 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 130,000 <br />Interest on Investments 93,000 <br />Miscellaneous 253,000 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9,461,755 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,263,540 <br />Community Development 971,395 <br />Public Safety 3,947,962 <br />Public Services 2,647,007 <br />Other 631,851 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $9,461,755 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of December, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Ropsprand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopt d. <br />Julian e Bartell, City C -rk <br />
