• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-114 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2010 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work sessions held in August and September and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2010 are hereby adopted: <br />2010 Water Operating Budget 2010 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />Total Revenues & Transfers <br />Operating Expenses <br />Debt Service <br />Total Expenses <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses <br />$1,361,500 $1,645,000 <br />205,236 -0- <br />$1,566,736 $1,645,000 <br />$1,133,490 $1,563,799 <br />416,972 -0- <br />$1,550,462 $1,563,799 <br />16,274 $ 81,201 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 14th day of December, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Juli -nne Bartell, City <br />
