• <br />• <br />Council Member n ' nc-mn €1 1 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-115 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Fund is a Special Revenue Fund, funded through fees generated by recreation <br />programming; and, <br />WHEREAS, Special Revenue Funds are required to adopt a budget for the forthcoming year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following <br />Recreation Fund Operating Budget for the year 2010 is hereby adopted: <br />2010 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES EXPENDITURES <br />Adult Instructional $ 3,800 $ 4,250 <br />Adult Leagues 33,575 26,425 <br />Youth Instructional 60,805 74,775 <br />Youth Leagues 51,000 44,900 <br />Special Events 6,175 5,980 <br />Program Totals $156,355 $156,330 <br />Operating Surplus 0 25 <br />Recreation Fund Totals $156,355 $156,355 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 14th day of December, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert Roeser, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The oliowing voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passe ±. nd adopted. <br />Julianne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />
