Lino Lakes Public Services Department <br />600 Town Center Parkway <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />(651) 982 -2440 Fax (651) 982 -2439 <br />www.ci.lino- lakes.mn.us <br />September 22, 2009 <br />Dr. Paul Stremick, Superintendent <br />Centennial School District 12 <br />4707 North Road <br />Circle Pines, Minnesota 55014 <br />Dear Dr. Stremick: <br />The purpose of this letter is to serve official, written notice of the City of Lino Lakes' intent to <br />terminate the "SITE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF LINO LAKES AND CENTENNIAL <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 12" (dated February 2003). This Agreement combined the Rice Lake <br />Elementary Site Agreement of 1991, the Centennial Middle School Site Agreement of 1997, and <br />added Blue Heron Elementary School. <br />Section 17 of this Agreement requires either party to serve written notice at least thirty (30) days <br />prior to January 1 of each year that it intends to terminate or modify this Agreement. Therefore, <br />all agreements pertaining to the maintenance of outdoor facilities at Rice Lake Elementary <br />School, Centennial Middle School and Blue Heron Elementary Schoo ill effectively <br />terminate on December 31, 2009. <br />With the termination of the Site Agreement, I assume the Centennial School District will change <br />our priority listing classification related to the District's Facility Use Policy No. 2060. Please <br />notify us of any changes relating to our use of Centennial School District facilities (time line for <br />permits, fees, etc).
