Baumgartner. There was no appearance by or <br />on behalf of any of the owners of record of the subject property. The matter <br />proceeded as if on default and the Court received evidence from the City of Lino <br />Lakes regarding enforcement of a resolution ordering the removal of hazardous <br />structures pursuant to Minn. Stat. §463.15, et seq. <br />Based upon the foregoing, and upon all the files, records and proceedings <br />herein, the Court now makes the following: <br />
