Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2009 OVERLAY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to patch the existing street, and place a bituminous wearing <br />course over the entire surface on recommended segments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2009 budget of $210,000.00 <br />allocated for street repair. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the 2009 Overlay Project. <br />Jul! . nne Bartell, C ty Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of February 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof allup. Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
