Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved it <br />adoption <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -11 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 02 -09, THE CITY'S <br />SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 02 -09, amending the subdivision <br />regulations, on February 23, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02 -09 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary in <br />ATTACHMENT A for publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of February, 2009. <br />• <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Gallup and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, Gallup. O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />Tq following voted against same: <br />none (absent - Reinert) <br />
