• <br />• <br />Council Member <br />its adoption: <br />Stoltz <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -17 <br />AUTHORIZING A ONE -TIME COST SHARING FOR ENHANCEMENT <br />OF A CITY PROCESS <br />WHEREAS, Mr. John DeHaven of 612 Birch Street in Lino Lakes has worked with the <br />city on ordinance and process changes that may benefit residents in the future; and <br />WHEREAS, the city feels it should share in the costs of this change; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes refund Mr. <br />DeHaven $315 of his cost relating to this matter, from his existing escrow account. <br />ATTEST: <br />Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />Joh + Ber•, 'son, ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of March, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, Gallup Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
