Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 - 22 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Administrator has resigned his position, effective March 13, <br />2009; and <br />the position of City Administrator will be vacant for a number of months until a <br />replacement is hired; and <br />as the Director of Administration Dan Tesch serves as Acting City Administrator <br />in the absence of the City Administrator, and <br />serving as Acting City Administrator for an extended period of time represents a <br />considerable amount of additional responsibility, and <br />the Public Safety Director will temporarily bring issues involving the Police <br />Department directly to the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council does hereby appoint <br />Dan Tesch Acting City Administrator, effective March 16, 2009 until a replacement City <br />Administrator assumes the position and grants him a ten percent salary increase for the period <br />during which he serves as Acting City Administrator. <br />hn B rgeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, 2009 <br />Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Council Member O'Donnell and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Gallup, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Reinert, Bergeson <br />
