This must be resolved. Either the <br />land use category in the comprehensive plan or the zoning must <br />change. <br />• The current GB General Business zoning means the existing <br />homes are nonconforming uses. This creates limits and potential <br />problems for owners. <br />• Existing homes are separated from the proposed Mixed Use <br />(current Commercial) area by a driveway that provides access for <br />several lots. <br />• The driveway is 1200 feet long.
