2030 Comprehensive Plan <br />City Council June 8, 2009 <br />page 5 <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION <br />At the second public hearing on April 8, 2009, the Planning & Zoning Board recommended that <br />the City Council approve the Comprehensive Plan, with the revisions recommended in the <br />report. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 09 -23, Preliminary Approval of 2030 Comprehensive Plan for <br />submittal to Metropolitan Council. This approval includes the revisions recommended in this <br />report and attachments. <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Options 1 <br />Attachment A: Comments from adjacent jurisdictions and recommended revisions to draft plan <br />Attachment B: Memo of March 23, 2009 from Mike Grochala listing revisions to draft plan <br />Attachment C: Utility Staging Map dated February 27, 2009 <br />Attachment D: 2030 Future Land Use Map dated February 27, 2009 <br />Attachment E: Map change requests from landowners, analyses and recommendations <br />Attachment F: Memo of June 5, 2009 listing revisions resulting from forecast revision <br />Attachment G: June 3, 2009 work session handout for two land use change requests <br />
