• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.09 -35 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE <br />GROUP ON BEHALF OF KEVIN AND BARBARA WILKINS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$200 <br />WHEREAS, Residential Mortgage Group has a charitable donation program called <br />"Refer a Friend, Build your Community "; and <br />WHEREAS, Clients closing a loan with Residential Mortgage group can select a <br />beneficiary that Residential Mortgage Group will donate to on the client's <br />behalf; and <br />WHEREAS, Kevin and Barbara Wilkins selected the Lino Lakes Police Department to <br />receive a $200 donation as a part of this program; and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Police Department wishes to express its appreciation to <br />both the Wilkins and Residential Mortgage Group for the donation; and <br />WHEREAS, the monies will be appropriated to the General Fund in the following <br />manner: <br />Increase Revenue — Contributions 101 - 3720 -000 $200.00 <br />Increase Police Expenditure <br />(101- 420 - 4214 -000 Crime Prevention) <br />$200.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council members, do <br />hereby accept the grant of $200.00 and wishes to express its gratitude to Kevin and <br />Barbara Wilkins as well as Residential Mortgage s: - I for the donation. <br />hn B: geso <br />Mayor <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of May 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membero'Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Stoltz, Reinert) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
