• <br />• <br />Council Member O' Donnell introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -37 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF TOBACCO LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2009/2010 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco <br />licenses; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and verified that licensing requirements are met; <br />WHEREAS, the city has completed the required background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 09 -37 approving the <br />renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is attached to this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22rd day of June, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Stoltz) <br />
