Council Member() ' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-40 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE DRUG <br />FORFEITURE FUND TO THE CRIME PREVENTION ACCOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the purchase of the office equipment creates a deficit in the Crime <br />Prevention Account, and <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the Drug Forfeiture Fund is to be used to refund the Crime <br />Prevention Account <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be adopted: <br />Increase Decrease <br />Crime Prevention (420 -4214) up to $3,000.00 <br />• <br />Drug Forfeiture Fund (801 -2023) <br />• <br />Up to $3,000 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of June 2009. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of June 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: none (Absent - Stoltz) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
