• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member ' -b I z. introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -48 <br />APPROVING THE 2009/2010 WORK SCHEDULE FOR FOXBOROUGH <br />CONSERVATION AREAS AND TO DISBURSE FOXBOROUGH CONSERVATION <br />MANAGEMENT STEWARDSHIP FUNDS FOR 2009 <br />WHEREAS, Foxborough is a conservation development that set up a stewardship fund <br />for managing conservation easement areas set aside within the geographic limits of the <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, The fund has an existing available balance of $12,690 for 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, The City received a proposed work plan describing work in 2009 and 2010; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Proposed work plans are consistent with an approved Restoration and <br />Management Plan, and has been reviewed by the City of Lino Lakes Environmental <br />Board; and <br />WHEREAS, The cost of proposed work in the 2009 work plan totals $12,690; and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Environmental Board reviewed the proposed costs and <br />work plan for Foxborough conservation areas on June 24, 2009 and recommended to <br />the City Council that all proposed tasks and costs be approved for 2009. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Council approves the release to the Foxborough Homeowners Association an <br />amount of $12,690 from the stewardship fund for work completed in 2009 described as <br />Tasks 1 -6 in the work plan dated June 18, 2009 and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT The City Council approves the proposed work for <br />2009 and 2010 as prepared by Jason Husveth, Critical Connections Ecological <br />Services, Inc. dated June 18, 2009, and that completed work in 2009 shall be reviewed <br />before the City approves the release of funds for those tasks. <br />
