PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br /> On December 9, 2009 the Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously to <br /> recommend approval of this Conditional Use Permit request. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> The finding of facts, along with the following conditions supports approval of the <br /> requests: <br /> 1. The comments made by the City Engineer must be addressed to his <br /> satisfaction prior to any construction activities on the site. <br /> 2. The paving and curb required on the rear of the lot shall be completed by <br /> June 1, 2010, and appropriate financial securities shall be submitted to the <br /> city to guarantee that the work is completed. <br /> 3. Hours of Operation for this use shall be limited to 7am — 7pm Monday <br /> through Saturday and 9am — 5pm on Sunday. <br /> 4. All repair or installation work shall be completed inside the building with all <br /> doors closed to limit impacts on the surrounding area. <br /> 5. The base conditions for Accessory Indoor Retail Activity must continue to <br /> be met. (Conditions listed out in Resolution) <br /> 6.
