Council Member Gallup <br />• adoption: <br />• <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 G <br />RESOLUTION SETTING LINO LAKES MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES FOR 2010 <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes employees have been asked to make concessions in the form of <br />furloughs, and deferred cost of living adjustments in consideration of the 2010 General Fund <br />Budget, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council also wishes to be a part of the solution for the 2010 <br />General Fund Budget, and <br />WHEREAS, staff has been directed at council work sessions to prepare this resolution for their <br />official consideration <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES: that the following salaries shall be in place for the year 2010: <br />Mayor $6,272.00 <br />Council Member $5,018.00 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of Ja <br />Jude : artell, City C rk <br />Jeff Reinert, a or <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert' <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
