• Council Member n' nnnnPll introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10-09 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2010 OVERLAY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to patch the existing street, and place a bituminous wearing course <br />over the entire surface on recommended segments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2010 budget of $230,000.00 allocated <br />for street repair. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2010 Overlay Project. <br />Jeff Rein-rt, ayor <br />Ju i. e Bartell, City ler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of January, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Ga l lnp and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
