Hours of Operation for this use shall be limited to Monday thru Friday <br />7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no <br />work on Sundays or holidays. <br />2. The Conditional Use Permit must be obtained prior to the hauling of fill, <br />floodplain mitigation and bridge construction. <br />3. The comments made by the City Engineer shall be addressed prior to the <br />City Council consideration of this request. <br />4. Hours of Operation for this use shall be limited to Monday thru Friday 7:00 <br />AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no work on <br />Sundays or holidays or as agreed upon by Public Services /Safety. <br />5. Permits must be obtained from the Department of Natural Resources, <br />Rice Creek Watershed District and Army Corp of Engineers. Prior to <br />commencement of work. <br />6. Coordinate all construction activities with the City Staff, City Police <br />Department, County Sheriff and County Park Officials. <br />7. Anoka County will continue to provide escrow dollars to cover Lino Lakes <br />incurred expenses. <br />8.
