ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 10 -18 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 02 -10 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating <br />Residential Parking and Exterior Storage. <br />The purpose of amending the Home Occupation section of the Zoning Ordinance <br />is to clarify and organize all of the regulations related to the parking of motor <br />vehicles on residential and rural properties within the city, and subsequent <br />medication of the Exterior Storage requirements. <br />1 1)Acciaric cit4.W, <br />Subsection 3.Subdivision 5.K (Motor Vehicle Parking in Residential and <br />Rural Zoning Districts) of the Zoning Ordinance includes the following <br />sections: <br />1. Passenger Motor Vehicles <br />2. Recreation Vehicles and Trailers <br />3. Motor Vehicles exceeding a gross weight of 11,075 pounds. <br />Subsection 3.Subdivision 4.P (Exterior Storage) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />includes the following sections: <br />1. Rural and Residential Zoning Districts <br />2. Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts <br />3. All Zoning Districts <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on February 22, 2010. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
