O'Donnell <br />Council Member, introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -19 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE WITH SUNDAY SALES <br />FOR CHOMONIX GOLF COURSE <br />WHEREAS, Chomonix Golf Course located at 700 Aqua Lane currently holds a <br />3.2 On -Sale Beer License issued by the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, Chomonix Golf Course is located within the Rice Creek Chain of <br />Lakes Park and is owned and operated by Anoka County; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Cori Hinz of the Anoka County Parks and Recreation Department <br />has applied on behalf of Anoka County for an on -sale liquor license with Sunday <br />sales for Chomonix Golf Course; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has determined that the license application and <br />supporting documents are complete and has reviewed the conditions of a license, <br />including designation of the premises, with the applicant; and <br />• WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicant and has found no information that would exclude Mr. <br />Hinz from obtaining the requested license, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid <br />the necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale liquor license with Sunday sales subject to <br />all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the <br />federal government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of M <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, 1 ity • <br />Jeff Rein-rt, -yor <br />
