• Council Member O 'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -25 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc., has submitted a peddler's license <br />application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc. has complied with all of the <br />provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Transient Merchants, <br />Peddlers and Solicitors for obtaining the necessary license for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />all company representatives who would be working in the city; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit their services door <br />to door for a period of six - months beginning March 9, 2010 subject to all conditions and <br />provisions of local and other regulations. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, C ty C <br />Jeff <br />ayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Rneq„ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
