• Council Member O 'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: • CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA RESOLUTION NO. 10 -25 RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE WHEREAS, Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc., has submitted a peddler's license application to the city clerk's office; and WHEREAS, Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Transient Merchants, Peddlers and Solicitors for obtaining the necessary license for a profit business; and WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on all company representatives who would be working in the city; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit their services door to door for a period of six - months beginning March 9, 2010 subject to all conditions and provisions of local and other regulations. Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of March, 2010.
