• Council Member° <br />moved its adoption: Donnell introduced the following resolution and <br />sr <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />+-I I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 07 -10 FOR <br />PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 07 -10, amending City Code Chapter 902, relating to Emerald Ash <br />Borer ; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a <br />summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the <br />public of the intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br />WHEAEAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a <br />full printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the <br />summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law. <br />Passed by the Lino lakes City Council this 26th day of April, 2010. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26tlay ofApri12010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council MembeRafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Rafferty, Roeser, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
