• <br />Council Member Rafferty <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -45 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license <br />application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of <br />Chapter 613 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for <br />a for - profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />check on the company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. <br />Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby <br />authorized to vend for a period of six - months beginning June 15, 2010 and <br />ending December 14, 2010 subject to all conditions and provisions of said city <br />code. <br />• <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino La <br />ATTEST: <br />h day of <br />e, 2010. <br />Jeff ' 'i 'ert, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Roeser, Gallup, O'Donnell,Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
