• <br />Council MemberGallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -50 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF LIQUOR, WINE, BEER AND DANCE LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2010/2011 LICENSING PERIOD <br />Whereas, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following <br />year; <br />Whereas, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine <br />licenses, in some cases, prior to State issuance of a license; <br />Whereas, City staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br />and verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />Whereas, the Lino Lakes Police Department conducts the required background <br />investigations; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of liquor, wine, beer and dance <br />licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is hereby attached, with said approval contingent <br />upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes thi <br />Julianne Bartell, Cit Cler <br />e, 2010. <br />Jeff Reine ' , ayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
