• <br />Council Member Gallup <br />adoption: <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -55 <br />APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES <br />FOR AUGUST 10, 2010 PRIMARY & <br />NOVEMBER 2, 2010 GENERAL ELECTION <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />June 28, 2010; and <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.21, Subd. 2, election judges and a <br />head election judge for each precinct shall be appointed by the governing <br />body of the municipality; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.21, Subd. 1, a list of eligible voters <br />was prepared. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the named persons on the attached list <br />of eligible voters are hereby appointed to serve as election judges and head election <br />judges for the 2010 Primary Election and the 2010 General Election if called upon to do <br />so. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie)Bartell, City Clerk <br />Jeff Rein- , mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberRaf ferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Tia ll fflAm g R af 4st amDonnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
