• <br />• <br />• <br />resolution the new negotiated affordable and life -cycle housing goals for the <br />municipality; and (d) the municipality establishes it has spent or will spend or distribute <br />to the Local Housing Incentives Account the required Affordable and Life -Cycle <br />Housing Opportunities Amount (ALHOA) for each year the municipality participates in <br />the Local Housing Incentives Account Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes that the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Elects to participate in the Local Housing Incentives Program under the <br />Metropolitan Livable Communities Act for calendar years 2011 through 2020. <br />2. Agrees to the following affordable and life -cycle housing goals for calendar years <br />2011 through 2020: <br />Affordable Housing Goals Range <br />Life -Cycle Housing Goals Range <br />364 to 560 dwelling units <br />560 to 1,860 dwelling units <br />3. Will prepare and submit to the Metropolitan Council a plan identifying the actions <br />it plans to take to pursue these housing goals. <br />Ju is e Bartell, City Clerk <br />Jeff Rein: , ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this ( day of <br />, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Raf fert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof <br />Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
