• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -75 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT — 2010 <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of 2010 Surface <br />Water Maintenance Projects, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to <br />law, and the following quotes were received complying with the reduced project: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. $ 30,375.00 * <br />CW Houle, Inc. $ 32,500.00 * <br />Arnt Construction Co. $ 33,800.00 * <br />Engineer's Estimate $ 27,750.00 * <br />* Note: Reduced Project <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Penn Contracting, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />construction of the 2010 Surface Water Maintenance Projects. <br />2.
