• <br />• <br />• <br />O'Donnell <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -76 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT — 2010 <br />STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of 2010 Street <br />Drainage Improvements, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following quotes were received complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />CW Houle, Inc. $ 72,758.00 <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. $ 78,581.40 <br />Forest Lake Contracting $ 83,800.00 <br />Arnt Construction Co. $ 87,482.00 <br />Engineer's Estimate $ 66,174.50 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with CW Houle, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the <br />2010 Street Drainage Improvements. <br />2.
