• • Council Member Roeser moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 10 -89 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RE- ASSESSMENTS, PINE STREET PAVING IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of September 2009 called for a Public Hearing on the proposed paving improvements of Pine Street from Lake Drive to 4th Avenue, AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of October, 2009, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, AND WHEREAS, Resolution 10 -40, Calling for a Public Hearing on Proposed Assessments, Pine Street Paving Improvements, approved on April 26, 2010 is replaced by this resolution based on the final project costs, AND WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed re- assessment has been completed and filed in her office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 25th day of October, 2010 in council chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed re- assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such re- assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed re- assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and she shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The City Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the re- assessment roll no less than two weeks prior to the hearings. 3. The owner of any property so re- assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the re- assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the re- assessment on
