• <br />Council Member 0' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -93 <br />ADOPTING THE FIVE -YEAR UPDATE OF THE <br />I -35E CORRIDOR ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as the Responsible Governmental Unit, authorized the <br />preparation of an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) with Resolution No. 05 -51; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a Draft I -35E Corridor AUAR document and the City Council <br />authorized distribution it for public comment with Resolution No. 05 -85; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City distributed the I -35E Corridor Final AUAR as authorized by the City <br />Council with Resolution No. 05 -144; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Final AUAR with Resolution No. 05 -159; and <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules require an update of the AUAR after five years have passed since the <br />adoption of the original AUAR; and <br />WHEREAS, the five -year update was distributed to state, federal, and regional agencies, and <br />everyone who commented on the draft AUAR in 2005, as required by the state rules, as well as <br />neighboring jurisdictions; and <br />WHEREAS, the entire process has been conducted in accordance with MN Rules 4410; and <br />WHEREAS, no objections have been filed by State agencies or the Metropolitan Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City adopts the Five -Year Update of the I -35E Corridor Alternative Urban Areawide <br />Review. <br />is e Bartell, Cit Cl- k <br />
