• <br />Council Member Gall„p <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -95 <br />APPROVING THE 2011 WORK SCHEDULE FOR FOXBOROUGH CONSERVATION <br />AREAS AND TO DISBURSE FOXBOROUGH CONSERVATION MANAGEMENT <br />STEWARDSHIP FUNDS FOR 2011 <br />WHEREAS, Foxborough is a conservation development that set up a stewardship fund <br />for managing conservation easement areas set aside within the geographic limits of the <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, The fund has an existing available balance of $11,353.65 as of October 25, <br />2010, and <br />WHEREAS, an additional $5,700 plus accrued interest will be paid in 2011, and <br />WHEREAS, The City received a proposed work plan describing work in 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, Proposed work plans are consistent with an approved Restoration and <br />Management Plan, and has been reviewed by the City of Lino Lakes Environmental <br />Board; and <br />WHEREAS, The cost of proposed work in the 2011 work plan totals $9,180; and is <br />within the scope of available dollars in the conservation fund, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Council approves the work plan for Foxborough Conservation Areas for 2011 <br />and the release of funds from the dedicated conservation fund in the amount of $9,180 <br />once the work is completed, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT The City Council approves the proposed work for <br />2011 as prepared by Jason Husveth, Critical Connections Ecological Services, Inc. <br />dated August 16, 2010, and that completed work in 2011 shall be reviewed before the <br />City approves the release of funds for those tasks. <br />
