Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 — 101 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, <br />MARSHAN MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council issued a preliminary plat approval for Marshan Meadows <br />on May 9, 2005, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Development Contract on March 13, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to insure <br />satisfactory completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />• Amending the Development Contract with Bruggeman Properties LLC an Citizen State <br />Bank for Marshan Meadows and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />ne Bartell, Ci y C <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of November, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Membeftaffertyand upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
