• <br />• <br />Council Member Raf f erty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -103 <br />APPROVING FINAL VOUCHER FOR PAYMENT NO. 30 <br />I -35W /CSAH 23 (LAKE DRIVE) INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted May 14, 2007, awarding the <br />contract for Lake Drive/I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda Construction Company; <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has completed a Certificate of Final <br />Contract Acceptance certifying that the work has been completed in accordance with the Plans <br />and Specifications; <br />WHEREAS, a summary of the work completed is attached hereto in the Final Voucher for <br />Payment No. 30. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Final Voucher for Payment No. 30 in the amount of $0.00 is approved for a fin <br />contract amount of $7,851,027.52. <br />Ju1i e Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of November, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, toeeer, O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert <br />The tbliowing voted against same: <br />II/ Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
