Council member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -104 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN EXPENSE REPORT FOR COSTS INCURRED <br />IN CARRYING OUT AND ENFORCING THE HAZARDOUS BUILDINGS <br />PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PROPERTY AT 745 OAK LANE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22, the city council has kept an accurate account of <br />the expenses incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous building <br />proceeding against the property located at 745 Oak Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, documentation to support the expense and costs are attached to this Resolution as <br />Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the following expenses were incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous building <br />proceeding against the property located at 745 Oak Lane: <br />Attorney's fees and costs <br />1,047.60 <br />Angstrom Analytical (asbestos survey) <br />650.00 <br />TKDA (city engineer) <br />1,262.43 <br />Arnt Construction Company, Inc. (demolition) <br />13,656.30 <br />Total <br />1 3 <br />• <br />JuTThnne : artell, City erk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of November, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Roeser, Gallup, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
