Council Member Rafferty introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -112 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2011 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2011 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their budget work sessions, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2011 are hereby adopted: <br />2011 Water Operating Budget 2011 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $1,356,500 $1,658,846 <br />Transfers 205,851 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,562,351 $1,658,846 <br />Operating Expenses $1,117,137 $1,658,846 <br />Debt Service 417,201 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,534,338 $1,658,846 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 28,013 $ -0- <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 13th day of December, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member RoPSPr <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same:. <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed an <br />Juti_ ne Bartell, City 1 Jerk <br />opted. <br />Jeff Reine . - or <br />
