Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -113 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Fund is a Special Revenue Fund, funded through fees generated by recreation <br />programming; and, <br />WHEREAS, Special Revenue Funds are required to adopt a budget for the forthcoming year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following <br />Recreation Fund Operating Budget for the year 2011 is hereby adopted: <br />2011 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES EXPENDITURES <br />Adult Instructional $ 3,450 $ 4,150 <br />Adult Leagues 31,325 25,375 <br />Youth Instructional 63,325 69,975 <br />Youth Leagues 52,000 48,400 <br />Special Events 5,675 5,455 <br />Senior Programs 16,000 16,000 <br />Program Totals $171,775 $169,355 <br />Operating Surplus 0 2,420 <br />Recreation Fund Totals $171,775 $171,775 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 13th day of December, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member O' Donnell <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />Wheraf3BiTsaid resolution was declared duly p <br />• <br />e Bartell, Cit Cler <br />A -5 <br />
