• <br />Council Member' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -114 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 11 -10 <br />FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 11 -10, establishing the <br />2011 Fee Schedule, for first reading on November 22, 2010 and second reading <br />and final passage on December 13, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11 -10 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 allows the <br />city to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearly informs <br />the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a <br />full printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the <br />summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City <br />Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Counci s 13 day •f D -tuber 2010. <br />Jeff Reine , -yor <br />ATTEST: <br />Su is e Bartell, Ci y Cle k <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member R,,Psp,- and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
