Council Member Rafferty introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> • its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10-116 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A <br /> VETERINARY HOSPITAL AT 6511 WARE ROAD SUITE 140. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a conditional use permit for a <br /> veterinary hospital for property currently described to-wit: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 of Spirit Hills Center <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at their meeting on December 8, 2010, the Planning & Zoning Board <br /> conducted a public hearing and recommended approval of the conditional use <br /> permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use permits meets the requirements of the <br /> City's zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance subject to certain conditions of <br /> • approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the conditional use permit based on the findings in the staff <br /> report and subject to the following conditions of approval: <br /> 1.
