• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-05 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, MARSHAN <br />MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, prior to <br />commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure satisfactory completion of <br />public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Development Contract with Bruggeman Properties, LLC for Marshan Meadows 2 °a Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />-Tiitiunne <br />artell, City Cle <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Gallup <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Reinert, O'Donnell) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
