• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-07 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MARSHAN <br />MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for developing an area known as <br />MARSHAN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the development requires approval of a preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />December 12, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets the requirements of the City's Growth <br />Management, Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for MARSHAN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Issues discussed in the City Engineer review memo must be addressed to his <br />satisfaction. <br />2. A development agreement between the city and the developer must be executed <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits for the site or signature of the final <br />plat mylar. <br />3. Park dedication must be paid in accordance with the city's fee schedule. <br />4. The Rice Creek Watershed District must review the project prior to building <br />permits being issued by the city for any new construction. <br />5. A boulevard tree shall be provided for each lot frontage. <br />6. The signs for the conservation easement must be in place prior to the issuance <br />of building permits for either of the newly created lots. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January 2008. <br />
