• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-08 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />MARSHAN MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for developing an area known as Marshan <br />Meadows 2nd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, the development requires approval of a final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on December 12, <br />2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets the requirements of the City's Growth Management, <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the final plat for Marshan Meadows 2nd Addition. <br />1111 Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January 2008. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />rtell, Cit Cle <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption.of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
