• <br />Council Member <br />its adoption: <br />Gallup <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-10 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF OUTLOT A AND <br />OUTLOT B, WOODRIDGE ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council makes the following findings: <br />1. Woodridge Estates was platted in 1989. <br />2. Outlot A and Outlot B each contains a wetland that functions as part of the City's <br />stormwater management system. <br />3. Both outlots are entirely landlocked by surrounding developed property and thus have <br />no access. <br />• 4. The developer donated the outlots to the City in December 2007. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />accepts the donation of Outlot A and Outlot B, Woodridge Estates. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14 day of Jan, 200 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Reinert, O'Donnell) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
