• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding <br />the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting <br />Improvements to W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, repairs of damage to the street lighting system caused by a lightning strike <br />are necessary to complete installation and operation of the street lighting system, and <br />WHEREAS, under the contract provisions the contractor is not responsible for repair <br />costs associated with "Acts of God ". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.4 in the amount of $2,811.44 is hereby approved. <br />J. Be •es •" , Mayor <br />anlne Bartell, City Cle <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of February, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member O' Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
