• Council Member Reinert adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its • • CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -39 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE 2007/2008 WORK SCHEDULE FOR FOXBOROUGH CONSERVATION AREAS AND TO DISBURSE FOXBOROUGH CONSERVATION MANAGEMENT STEWARDSHIP FUNDS WHEREAS, Foxborough is a conservation development that set up a stewardship fund for managing conservation easement areas set aside inside the geographic limits of the development; and WHEREAS, The fund has an existing available balance of $22,849 for, 2007 and 2008; and WHEREAS, The City received a proposed work plan describing work in 2007 and 2008; and WHEREAS, Proposed work plans are consistent with an approved Restoration and Management Plan, and has been reviewed by the City of Lino Lakes Environmental Board; and WHEREAS, The cost of proposed work in the 2007/2008 work plan totals $20,005.00; and WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Environmental Board reviewed the proposed costs and work plan for Foxburough conservation areas on March 26, 2008 and recommended to the City Council that all proposed tasks and costs be approved for 2008. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: The City Council approves the release to the Foxborough Homeowners Association of $4,770 from the stewardship fund for work completed in 2007 described as Task 1 in the work plan and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT The City Council approves proposed work for 2008 and that completed word shall be reviewed before the City approves the release of funds for those tasks.
