• <br />City Council concerning the annual work plan. A similar process is followed to review <br />completed work for approving the transfer of money from the Foxborough Stewardship <br />fund to the Homeowner's Association to pay for the completed work. <br />Attachment 1 is the report dated February 21St, 2008 completed by Jason Husveth of <br />Critical Connections. Mr. Husveth is the ecologist hired by the Association (Royal Oaks <br />Realty) to make management recommendations. Recommendations are for the work <br />completed in 2007 and the proposed work plan for 2008. The City of Lino Lakes <br />Environmental Board reviewed the report from Critical Connections and the Foxburough <br />Homeowners Association (presently Royal Oaks Realty) at the March 26th <br />Environmental Board meeting. The Environmental Board made recommendation that <br />the proposed work schedule be approved and Stewardship funds released upon <br />completion of proposed tasks. Resolution 08 -39 approves releasing $4,770 for work <br />completed in 2007. It also approves the work plan for 2008. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Approve adoption of Resolution No. 08 -39, approving the 2007/ 2008 work plan for <br />Foxborough conservation areas, and the release of $4,700.00 from the stewardship <br />fund for work done in 2007. <br />2.
